in the moment
birds are so free.
flying free with nothing holding them back.
no weight on their backs,
no worries on their mind.
singing the the song they were created to sing.
nothing to lose.
nothing to gain.
freedom is theirs.
not a thing can separate them from the soft, spring air.
doing what they were created to do.
no burdens, carefree
loving life, living in the moment
embracing what is right in front of them.
all the while worshiping the one who created them.
their sweet melodies ring in the heavens.

i've been pretty good lately.. i'm so glad that the weathers getting better. i'm learning that living in the moment is really important. just take each day at a time. don't worry about tomorrow, or a year from now. God is holding you in His hands. he knows and understands you completely more than you can even understand. and his love for you is so huge, he will protect and provide for you. everything you want and everything you need is in Him. he sees you in the here and now, but he knows what is to come too. he is a man with the plan. so because he knows what is going to happen in the future, you can trust in Him.. and live each day to the fullest. don't worry about the future, it won't make it happen any sooner. by looking too far ahead, you might miss out on what is right in front of you.
